Botivo - non alcoholic Aperitivo

A non alcoholic aperitivo made in small batches on Lannock Farm, just north of Stevenage. Using a base of British apple cider vinegar, Botivo combines multiple botanicals including orange zest, rosemary, thyme, gentian, wormwood leaf and Organic wildflower honey. Try serving with soda and an orange wedge.
