Dominio de Requena is the vision of Vicente García, a pioneering figure who helped establish Cava as a serious sparkling wine region. Founded in 1981 with roots stretching back to the 1800s, the estate sits high in the Las Cabrillas mountains where south-facing vineyards benefit from elevation and careful stewardship.

Vicente was among the first to embrace organic farming here, tending 12 hectares with a commitment to sustainability that shapes every decision—from night harvesting to preserve grape freshness, to gentle pressing and stainless steel fermentation.

This Brut Nature Cava blends 75% Macabeo with 25% Parellada, spending a full year on lees to develop its character. Expect delicate citrus and floral notes with subtle toasty complexity—a wine that reflects both the terroir and the philosophy behind it.
