Winemaking: Hand harvested. 100% destemmed bunches crushed. Fermented with its own indigenous yeasts in mix of plastic tank and open barrel. No correction or adding was done. After 15 days, it was pressed with a manual press and racked afterwards to used American oak barrels, where it aged for 4 months. Bottled without filtering or stabilization, it there will be some deposits in bottle.
