Land of Saints, Pinot Noir

From five sites, harvested and vinified separately. Mostly destemmed, but fruit from the Santa Maria Valley and Sta Rita Hills sites fermented with 25% whole clusters. Each parcel aged separately for 10 months in neutral barriques, before coming together in tank one month before bottling. Limpid crimson. Focused, fresh red fruit with just a touch of spice at the edges and a gentle floral top note. Good purity. The succulent, energetic red fruit goes all the way through to the finish. Silky, accessible and GV.
