“Ripe red and black fruits with baked earth and saline minerality. Concentrated in flavour and punchy at 15% alcohol, but still with a sense of freshness and polish. Really granitic, with savoury tannins that are still quite firm, which says to me that this wine could do with a year or so more in bottle. Vinification
