Winemaking- This red is made from grapes grown on old vines at altitude in the Aragon region of Spain. They are hand-harvested, gently pressed, and matured in oak for 12 months, developing into a wine that is truly special.
Taste - Aromas of chocolate-coated cherries and cassis with some vanilla spice lead you into a warming palate with a good tang of racy acidity. Fruit is all black cherry and bright strawberry. Tannins are smooth with a lovely touch of cherry stone and almond on the finish.
