 Aeble's first House Cider

 Our first house cider was made by Naughton Cider Company in Fife. It's been something we've wanted to do since opening so when the opportunity came up we jumped at it. This 2022 cider is a dry, still blend of cider and culinary apples. There is a good amount of juicy fruit on the palate despite the fact it's a dry cider.

 Region: Fife, Scotland

 Blend: Dabinett, Browns, Yarlington Mill, Tremletts Bitter, Red Flastaff

 Fermentation: Champagne yeast

 Maturation: In tank

 TASTING NOTES

 On the nose – Clove, baked apple, powdered sugar

On the palate – Grapefruit, honey, orange bitters
