The name Phincas draws inspiration from PHI, the Golden Ratio, symbolizing balance and harmony, and finca, the Spanish word for estate. Together, they reflect our philosophy: the pursuit of equilibrium between the land and the winemaking process.

As flagship wines of the winery, available in both red and white, Phincas represents the essence of their biodynamic vineyards. The grapes are sourced from older, horse-plowed parcels, where deep roots and careful farming cultivate vines of profound character and expression.

These wines spend additional time in the winery to achieve their balance, maturing in oak and concrete to develop a rounded, seamless profile. By focusing on the care of the land and a thoughtful, low-intervention approach in the winery, Phincas allows the terroir to truly shine.
