Glen Scotia Double Cask Guyana Rum Finish 46% 70cl

The first of a new series from Glen Scotia which will join the classic Glen Scotia Double Cask in showcasing the versatility of this Campbeltown spirit. This expression was matured in first-fill bourbon barrels before finishing in Guyanese demerara rum casks (most likely from Diamond Distillery) for over 8 months. The whisky was bottled at 46% without additional colouring or chill filtration.

Cooked sugar, molasses and tropical fruit notes including coconut, banana, and sweet peach. Signature distillery qualities of rich oils, sea spray, and ripe fruits and spice.
