This London-Dry style gin is made in Leith. Nowadays part of Edinburgh but back in the day it's own town and one of the biggest ports of Scotland welcoming ships from all over the world. Many of them imported variety of spirits including gins or genever, gin's precursor. Leith Gin in made of 10 botanicals sourced from around the world to commemorate the cosmopolitan heritage of Port of Leith.
Official Tasting Notes
Nose – Lime pastilles, fragrant Coconut and fresh Lemon juice with salt.
Palate – Bursting with zesty citrus. Soft sweetness of Kiwi fruit and Gooseberry with a tart, crisp finish.
Finish – Refreshingly clean with a background of unmistakable juniper and tangy citrus.
