Biodynamic Nero d'Avola from four north-eastern facing vineyards in Val di Noto, vinified and matured separately before blending and ageing for a year, all in stainless steel to retain freshness. Matured a further year in bottle before release, this is classic and approachable Nero d'Avola, with bright red cherry, raspberry and hints of perfumed mediterranean herbs.
