Grape: Xinomavro 50%, Limniona 30%, Mavroudi 20%
Region: Drama, Greece
Winemaking: Grapes sourced from organic vineyards from different locations around Greece. Hand harvested in the evening. Fermented separately with wild and cultured yeasts in combinations of stainless steel tanks, open barrels, and concrete. Matured in old oak, concrete vats, stainless steel and blended after 6-9 month on lees.
