Bodegas Callejo, Parajes de Callejo 2020

This wine represents a collection of sites located in Sotillo de la Ribera, at altitudes between 855 and 870 m altitude. They are franc-clayey soils, with limestone bottoms, very loose soils, and oriented to the south, which allow a perfect maturation. Here Tinto Fino expresses itself with elegance, very primary, with a fine and delicate tannin. With this wine we want to transmit with all its authenticity the flavour of these places of Sotillo de la Ribera.

Family-run Bodegas Felix Callejo was founded in 1989 by Felix & Pilar, now managed by their 2nd generation. Representing their home Sotillo de la Ribera, Burgos in northern Spain, their wines are organic & cultivated from the area's elevated, arid soils.
