Winemaking: This light red is a take on the Schiller style of wine seen in Hungary and Germany. Siller, which translates as “to shimmer”, is in reference to the colour and appearance of the wine. The fruit comes from Peter’s untrimmed vineyards, allowed to grow wild, hence the name Uncut Siller.
