Charming Sicilian red, perfect for summer, bursting with red fruit, refreshing citrus and a compelling fragrance of roses.
Viticulture
Vines are planted at an altitude of 90/676 metres above sea level with vertical trellis, cordon spur training system. The density is 4500 vines per hectare.
Vinification
Destalked followibng 12 days on the skins. Fermented and matured in stainless steel.
Food Match
The versatility of this Sicilian 'Claret' makes it perfect with spaghetti Bolognese, rigatoni Amatriciana and lasagna, as well as pizza, burgers and with soft cheeses.
