This 13 year Royal Brackla from Sutherland's foremost fraternal partnership was matured in a refill butt, and diluted to a very drinkable bottling strength of 48.5%. One of 727 bottles.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose – pine needles and peppery, nicely resinous with notes of brackla. Liquorice, a delicious pint of weihenstephaner, fennel seed, curry (broadly speaking), cereal bars.

 Palate – lemons and green apples with kiwi and peppery spice. Fermenting cider

 Finish – triple sec (maybe double sec) and pastry. Lovely stuff
