Syfany Just Red

The Just Red from Syfany is a blend of Pinot Noir, Zweigelt and Frankovka (Blaüfrankisch). Soft, lush fruit with lots of black cherry, bramble like notes. Showing good complexity too yet super drinkable. Great for something with a touch of bottle age.

The wood for ageing comes from a local forest and they work with a cooper from a neighbouring village too. Syfany wines have an amazing sense of place of where they belong to.
