Woven Whiskey Co, Hemispheres Blended World Whisky

Woven’s exciting whisky release, which creates a lovely juxtaposition of the two hemispheres joined into one blend. To do this they use a distillate from a small single malt producer in New Zealand and a single malt from one of the biggest urban distilleries in Scotland. Thomson Whisky Distillery, based just outside Auckland contribute their oily and rich single malt which is smoked using manuka. Their modern single malt is then combined with the Scottish one, a lovely contrast of whisky making tradition and history.

This is an oily, smoky and herbal Blended World Whisky with notes of orange, clove and honey that celebrates ever-expanding horizons of flavour.
