Winemaking -T he Callejuela family winery estimates that this oloroso has undergone oxidative aging for 25 years. To get a bottle of El Cerro is to get a small relic, because in addition to having obtained 93 Parker points , only a small quota of 600 bottles has been released.
What it tastes like - Intense, powerful, concentrated but tremendously elegant. Nuts, honey, citrus, caramel, toffee, toasted. Perfect balance between alcohol and acidity, remarkable persistence. Long aftertaste and wide mouth.
