Cheddar on my Mind #3 is a succulent, juicy orange citrus cider. Dollops of Yarlington Mill with a dash of tangy Foxwhelp cider with a splash of barrel aged Michelin / Bisquet giving extra depth. Off dry and weighing in at 6%, this represents a 2023 season and is the driest Cheddar on my Mind yet and pairs beautifully with traditional farmhouse cheddar and also many other cheeses!
