The Sauvignon Blanc grapes are fermented with wild yeasts in stainless steel tanks and undergo a 60- day maceration period. This extended skin contact gives the wine its amber colour and subtle tannins. No sulphites are
added, and the wine is bottled unfiltered and unfined which may result in a slightly hazy appearance.
