A traditional method sparkling wine from the southern Burgundy region of Maconnais, made from Pinot Noir and Aligote grapes. This style of Burgundy is known for its elegant, balanced taste and is highly regarded for its well-flavored palate. The wine is aged on its lees for at least 12 months before undergoing the remuage and disgorgement process, resulting in a subtle brioche note on the finish.
