Pot Luck Pét Nat

Our modern take on the ancient winemaking process, petillant naturel, using the classic South African grape Pinotage. Grown 500 feet above sea level, in red, coffee-stone soil in the Swartland, the grapes express ripe red fruits and saline notes, balanced perfectly with the bubbles.
