Sparkling and refreshing with bright acidity and a heady nose of flowers, honey and ripe fruits. Passing Clouds is dry but with multiple dimensions of flavours and a vinous funkiness.

Ingredients

Whitecurrant Juice, Whitecurrant Berries, Yeast (Pichia Kluyveri), Quince Kefir, Jasmine Tea, Geranium & Woodruff Kvass.

 To serve

Serve chilled in a champagne flute. Pair it with aromatic dishes, seafood and white rinded cheese. Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.
