Starward Nova 41% 70cl

Starward distillery, based in Melbourne, make excellent Australian single malt whisky. This is their Nova, which is made from Australian barley, fermented with brewers yeast, double distilled and aged in Australian red wine casks. A fruit forward whisky, showing the yeast, barley, barrels and Melbourne climate where it is aged.

Exceptional length thanks to the red wine barrels. Bright aromatic notes of red berries, orchard fruits, vanilla, caramel and soft oak spice. Smooth and complex when sipped neat. Shines in classic cocktails. Works exceptionally well with food.
