Winemaking - Natural white wine from organic agriculture from CCPAE certified vines, the harvest is manual, the wine is made in a traditional way, small quantities of high quality. Practising environmentally friendly viticulture and following organic practice in the winery and the vineyard in tune with the lunar calendar. The wine is made by direct pressing and has been aged in amphora for 3 months. Bottled without clarifying or filtering, sulphites not added. Bottled in June 2020, very limited bottles.
What it tastes like - 17-year-old vines, natural and fresh, the floral notes are intermingled with the notes of stone fruit, peach, pear. The palate is smooth, with volume and a good balance between acidity and weight.
